The upper side is made of high-quality terry cotton, the lower side is equipped with a special impermeable polyurethane membrane that protects the mattress against mechanical damage, liquids, sweat, and various microorganisms. The protector is suitable for allergy sufferers who are sensitive to dust and mites .

The protector has rubber grips sewn into all four corners for easy attachment to the mattress. Thanks to its flexibility, it can be stretched to any mattress height.
